Information and Policies
WallDecalWarehouse.com will accept back new, unopened products within 30 days of you receiving the package for a full refund or exchange (not including any shipping charges). This offer excludes any custom made items like custom graphics or custom quotes which cannot be returned. WallDecalWarehouse.com will only accept authorized returns. A RMA number must be obtained from our customer service department and be clearly marked on the outer box being returned. Please ship the unused item back, enclosed within the box/package it was originally delievered in to minimize shipping damage. WallDecalWarehouse.com will not refund items that have been damaged due to improper packing. All returns are subject to inspection to ensure they are still in new condition. What constitues an unused item? Once a decal has been removed from the backing paper, it is classified as 'used' and it can no longer be returned. If you happen to make a mistake during installation which ruins a small part of the design, or a single letter, send us an email and we can often send out replacement letters at no charge via regular mail.
Returns - Custom Orders
Since custom orders are created special to meet a customer's certain application, it is difficult for us to accept returns on these items since often times they cannot be resold. However, in certain situations (common designs, sizes etc), we will be able to process returns, on a case by case basis with a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us BEFORE ORDERING to find out if your custom order is eligible for a return.
Shipping / Delivery Standards
Unless otherwise stated, our flate rate shipping option is only available within Canada or the USA. We may ship on any one of a number of different shipping carriers depending on the destination. There will be no duties or extra shipping fees charged on any orders within Canada or the USA. Orders within Canada may be subject to Canadian taxes, but if so, they will be charged up fron at the time of order. AFTER A CANADIAN OR USA ORDER ORDER IS PLACED, THERE WILL BE NO OTHER FEES CHARGED TO YOU.
For other countries, please add a product to cart and then do a shipping quote to see the shipping charges. Orders from certain other countries may or may not be charged extra duties and/or taxes when the package crosses the border. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
We take your privacy very seriously! We do not share, sell or disclose your personal information with anyone outside of our organization. WallDecalWarehouse.com collects personal information on the website on a voluntary basis only. Such information might include names, addresses, email, phone numbers and company name.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival, and do not accept any damaged items from the shipping carrier without first filing a claim. After the delivery is signed for, we are not able to make a claim on your behalf since signing for a shipment declares that you have received the shipment in good order. Any claims for missing items must be received by us at WallDecalWarehouse.com within 15 business days of you receiving your order. After that time, we are unfortunately not able to replace missing items on our shipping insurance.
We require payment in full before an order is shipped. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted.
WallDecalWarehouse.com warrants that it's products will be free of manufacture defect. If you believe you've been sent a defective product, please call us and we will discuss on how you can return the product for a replacement or refund.
All warranties are limited to our choice of replacement or refund of the cost of that particular product, and excludes any consequential expenses that may have occurred as a result of the defective product.
